All services are self-managed by default. All support is provided in-house by our qualified system administrators with 15+ years of experience. Support via tickets is available 24x7.

  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attack Filtering

Managed Services

  • Intervention Request for server fixes: $15.00/ per request
  • Level 1 Support Rate: $25.00/ monthly
  • Level 2 Support Rate :$65.00/hr (billed by the hour)
  • Additional Requests: Contact support for quote

Typical Response Times:

  • Initial response: 1-15 minutes
  • OS Reinstall: 10-60 minutes
  • Server reboot (After Authentication): 1-15 minutes
  • IPMI Request: 1-15 minutes
