All ServersDrift services are self-managed by default. While our services are unmanaged, we will do the possible to resolve support requests at no additional fees. If you have an issue, even if it is caused by a 3rd party, ask us, we are here to help. All support is provided in-house by our sysadmins with enough knowledge of your structure environment. Support via tickets is available 24x7.

  • Operating System Reinstall
  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attack Filtering (server-side only)
  • Failed Hardware Replacement
  • 24 hour Email Support (primary communication channel)

Managed Services (custom-based)

  • Intervention Request: 15.00$
  • Level 1 Support Rate: 65.00$/hr (billed by the hour)
  • Additional Requests (predefined Services): Contact support for quote

  • Initial response: 1-15 minutes
  • OS Reinstall: 10-60 minutes
  • Server reboot (After Authentication): 1-15 minutes
