This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Agreement") and the Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your purchase and use of all serversdrift.com services. You must register and accept the terms of this Agreement and the AUP in order to use the Services.
serversdrift.com preserve the value of the Internet as a resource for information and free expression and respect the privacy and security of Internet users, but strongly discourages irresponsible practices, which degrade the usability of network resources and thus the value of Internet services.
This document sets forth the principles, guidelines and requirements of the Acceptable Use Policy of serversdrift.com. ("Company") governing the use by the Customer ("Customer") of the Company's services and products ("Services and Products"). The AUP is not an all inclusive exhaustive list and the Company reserves the right to modify the AUP at any time as needed. Acceptance and execution of the Services Agreement binds all parties to Company stated AUP at the time the contract is executed and as modified from time to time. Any violation of the AUP may result in the suspension or termination of Customer service(s) or such other action as the Company deems appropriate. No credits will be issued for any interruption in service resulting from policy violations.
VIOLATION OF ANY SECTION OF THE AUP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICES THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES FROM THE COMPANY. Any questions or comments regarding the AUP should be directed to email@example.com.
ServersDrift believes in freedom of speech; however, any content in the following areas will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate suspension of service:

The DMCA provides a legal procedure by which you can request any Online Service Provider to disable access to a website where your copyrighted work(s) are appearing without your permission.
ServersDrift handles any and all Digital Millennium Copyright Act (.DMCA.) complaints very seriously, and will thoroughly investigate each complaint received. ServersDrift reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation.

serversdrift.com provides shared network resources and, therefore, excessive use or abuse of these resources by one client is a violation of this AUP.
serversdrift.com does not allow hosting of adult content.
Resellers are responsible for the conduct of their customers, and by agreeing with this AUP, agree that their customers will adhere to the AUP. Resellers should make their perspective customers aware of the AUP and the consequences for violation.
serversdrift.com reserves the right to disable service or terminate service and/or to remove content in order to investigate suspected violations of this AUP or of the Terms of Service without first giving notice. serversdrift.com furthermore reserves the right to disable the Customer`s service if serversdrift.com suspects that such service is the target of an attack or in any way interferes with services provided to other Customers, even if the Customer is not at fault. serversdrift.com does not issue refunds for terminating service due to any of the causes specified above. The Customer is responsible for the use of its service, including transfer and bandwidth, even use by unauthorized users or hackers. The Customer is responsible for maintaining security, including disaster recovery systems and backups. (The Customer is advised to maintain backups on its own premises.).
Nonpayment in whole or in part for any of services provided to you by serversdrift.com or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of any or all services. Any fees paid in advance are nonrefundable.
The contract is cancellable at any time, but at the earliest on expiry of the minimum contract period stipulated.
